Returns Policy

At Kandela Life, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be in unused condition, with original packaging.
Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used personal care products (for hygiene reasons).
  • Sale items and gift cards.

3. Damages & Issues

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund defective items.

4. Exchanges

Want a different product? Simply return your item and place a new order after approval.

5. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
  • If you haven’t received a refund after 15 business days, contact us.
